By Car or Taxi
Present your hotel confirmation at the Sentosa Admission Gantry 1 or 2 for complimentary admission into the island.

By Sentosa Express monorail
Present your hotel confirmation at the ticketing counter at VivoCity (Lobby L, Level 3) for QR code. Scan the QR code at the Express QR Reader for complimentary ride on the Sentosa Express monorail into the island. Ticketing counter closes at 6:00 PM, please approach the staff at the turnstiles for assistance.

By Motorcycle
As part of Sentosa Development Corporation’s regulations, motorcycles are not allowed on the island.

Check-in: 3:00 PM, Check-out: 12:00 PM

For early check-ins, a pre-blocking of room is required for a confirmed early check-in, chargeable at 1 night's charge.

For late checkouts till 6:00 PM, it will be chargeable at half-day rate. For checkouts after 6:00 PM, 1 full-day charge applies.

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the hotel building. Guests are allowed to smoke in designated smoking areas outside the hotel.

Guests will be fined a sum of SGD 200 if caught smoking inside the room.
