For an early check-in, a pre-blocking of room is required for a confirmed early check-in, chargeable at 1 night’s charge.

For late checkout at 6:00 PM, it will be chargeable at half-day rate. For checkout after 6:00 PM, a full-day charge applies.

Dry cleaning and laundry service are available, you may also refer to the in-room laundry list for charges or approach any of our staff to assist you.

Our hotel provides free onsite parking for our in-house guests.

Smoking is strictly prohibited within and outside the hotel building.

As the Orchard Road precinct have been designated as a No Smoking Zone, smoking is only allowed in Designated Smoking Areas (DSA). To locate DSA in Orchard Road, please visit www.nea.gov.sg/ORNSZ.

Guests who are caught smoking in the guestrooms are liable for a fine of SGD 200.

Luggage storage is available to hotel guests on a complimentary basis. Guests who arrive before their check-in time may store their bags until their rooms are ready. Guests may also store their bags following their checkout until the end of the day.

Our hotels follow the Singapore standard and uses the British BS1362 three-pronged square pin type socket.

Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM - 10:30 AM.

Vegetarian meals are available for breakfast and in-room dining.

Our hotel is not Halal certified.
